You\'ll gain exposure to some of the most complex and high-value property deals in Scotland, acting for major investors, developers and corporate occupiers across a wide range of sectors.

The Work

When you join this Tier 1 Real Estate department, you will handle a broad range of Real Estate matters, including:

• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and developments across multiple asset classes
• Supporting major infrastructure and regeneration projects, including retail, industrial and mixed-use schemes
• Acting for institutional investors, funds and financial institutions on large-scale portfolio management
• Advising on renewables and energy-related Real Estate work, including wind, solar, and other green projects
• Managing transactions from initial negotiation through to completion, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across Planning, Construction and Corporate teams to deliver seamless client service
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, supporting their professional development and helping them build confidence in handling complex matters.

Your Experience

• 3-6 years with relevant Real Estate experience
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting client relationships

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a high-performing team
