Job summary

Allsopp & Allsopp Group is seeking Sales or Lettings Consultants to join our Dubai team. This role offers commission-only earnings with uncapped potential in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.

You will source, market, and manage luxury properties, conduct valuations and viewings, negotiate deals, advise clients on market conditions and pricing, and collaborate with mortgage advisers and in-house teams to close transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is welcome but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, marketing, and managing a portfolio of luxury properties.
• Conducting valuations and viewings with professionalism and care.
• Negotiating deals from initial enquiry through to final handover.
• Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and all aspects of the property journey.
• Working with mortgage advisers, surveyors, and in-house teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Generating new business through networking and referrals.
• Keeping up to date with Dubai’s property laws, trends, and regulations.
