A prominent recruitment agency in London is seeking a skilled Real Estate Account Executive to develop client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal applicant has extensive experience in Real Estate insurance and excels in networking and revenue generation. In this role, you will manage corporate accounts, foster long-term client connections, and actively seek new business opportunities. Our clients being a Lloyd's Broker based in London are looking to hire a Real Estate Account Executive.
The role will be to Build and nurture close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of client contacts. Serve clients as an advocate for their needs, ensuring delivery of exceptional service through close and regular interaction
Be a main contact for significant mid-large corporate accounts, with responsibility for day to day service delivery, delegation and for supporting the leadership of individual teams
Act as a point of referral for Associates and present solutions for discussion with Vice Presidents where required.
Manage renewal income to at least budgeted levels and in line with set and agreed team objectives.
Actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events
Significant experience in Real Estate insurance, ideally gained within a brokerage
Experience with managing real estate owners, funds and managing agents insurance programmes
