Warehousingsolutions in Reading is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for immediate starts on permanent roles. The role involves order picking, using a voice automated system (training provided), and operating mechanical equipment.

You will work fixed shifts with AM, PM, or Night schedules, with a 12-week rota and five days from seven; overtime is available. Great transport access and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Order picking of products.
• Pick using a voice automated system (training provided).
• Use mechanically operated equipment.
• Perform some heavy lifting and follow SOPs in line with policy.
• Maintain Health and Safety awareness and report concerns.
