• Able to schedule fleet maintenance and plan loads.
• Willingness to work early/late shifts and handle out-of-hours loading.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse movements and motorcycle handling
• Operate forklifts (counterbalance licence required)
• Coordinate servicing, MOTs, and repairs for the mixed vehicle fleet
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport regulations
• Support operational reporting and KPIs
• Work early or late shifts to support out of hours vehicle loading
• Plan UK and European motorcycle transport routes
• Allocate jobs to drivers and produce compliant load plans

We are seeking a Motorcycle Transport & Warehouse Planner to support our growing operations from our Wollaston hub. This hands on operational role combines warehouse coordination, fleet maintenance scheduling & UK/EU transport planning. It suits someone who enjoys structured planning, hands on work, and maintaining high operational standards.
