Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety across a high-value commercial scheme in the South. The role is ideal for a Senior H&S Advisor ready to step up or an established H&S Manager wanting to develop a team.

You will drive safety culture, oversee protocols and management systems, and represent the business with clients and subcontractors. IOSH membership and NEBOSH Diploma (or Level 6) are preferred, with strong legislative knowledge and IT skills to support

Specialising high spec commercial schemes across the South ranging from £90M to £300M. This Health & Safety Manager opportunity is a fantastic chance for a Senior H&S Advisor looking to step up or an experienced H&S Manager looking to build and develop a team.

Responsibilities for Health & Safety Manager

Head up all Health & Safety across the scheme including push for continuous development and improvement for health & Safety within the business across all functions.

Proactively train, teach and lead regarding correct protocol, business standards & management systems.

Represent the business from a Health & Safety standpoint with stakeholders, clients & subcontractors.

Requirements for Health & Safety Manager

Preferably a certified member of IOSH

NEBOSH Diploma or level 6 in Occupational Health & Safety

Strong understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety legislation's and changes.
