Job summary

Barnardo's in Witney is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, maximise sales and profit, and maintain the highest standards of presentation and customer service in-store. This is a full-time, on-site, permanent role based in Witney (OX28 6AD).

You'll drive store performance, develop colleagues, and ensure the store remains the best in town for customers and colleagues to visit and work in, with Barnardo's proudly participating in the Disability Confident employer scheme.
