Job summary

NRL Group is seeking a Senior AI & Integrations Engineer to spearhead AI agent deployment and system integrations across the business. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment, driving governance, security, and scalable automation.

You will collaborate with IT teams, mentor colleagues, and help shape standards for AI-enabled solutions while working in a hybrid setup with one remote day.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-enabled integrations and automation.
• Strong software engineering background with practical coding in C#/.NET.
• Knowledge of security, identity, and encryption standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver secure AI agents, automation and system integrations.
• Build Copilot Studio agents with controlled workflows, actions and governance.
• Develop robust Power Automate flows using best practices and reusable components.
• Create and maintain APIs, services and integrations using C#, .NET and Azure Functions.
• Implement secure identity, access, and encryption standards using Entra ID and OAuth 2.0.
• Own the full lifecycle of solutions from discovery through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to define governance, standards and reusable patterns.
• Mentor low‑code makers and promote safe, scalable adoption of AI and automation.
