Toolstation Ltd is hiring a Store Apprentice in Weymouth. You’ll earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, business operations and safety procedures.

You’ll engage with customers, handle deliveries and stock, support store operations, and complete coursework with your Store Manager and apprenticeship coach. No retail experience required; a positive attitude and flexible approach are key.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.

Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks – be prepared to roll up your sleeves! Keep things running smoothly: Maintain a clean and well‑organised store, ensuring everything is ready for our customers and safe for our colleagues.
