Job summary

Birmingham Repertory Theatre is seeking a Drama Practitioner to plan and deliver ambitious, inclusive drama experiences for children and young people across schools, Young Rep and holiday programmes.

You will devise and rehearse performances, workshops and projects inspired by The Rep's artistic programme, building strong relationships with schools and community partners while collaborating with colleagues to deliver productions and events.

  • Create accessible pathways for young people to engage more deeply with The Rep and progress into Young Rep, Talent Development and other creative opportunities.
  • Through thoughtful planning, evaluation and reflection, continually develop your practice, share learning with colleagues and ensure activity supports the wider ambitions of the Creative Learning and Talent Development team.

Terms & Conditions

Contract: Fixed-term, 1 year

Pay: £24,494.08 per annum

Hours: 32 hours per week, part-time

Holidays: 25 days per year plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days plus bank holidays with continuous service pro rata.
