Job summary

Holt Engineering is partnering with an innovative manufacturing company in Waterlooville to recruit an experienced Cable Assembler. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, on site.

You will follow technical drawings, solder to IPC 620 standards, cut, crimp and strip cables, loom and wire harnesses, and solder connectors to coaxial cables. Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines are essential.

Job description

Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative manufacturing company based in Waterlooville, who are on the lookout for an experienced Cable Assembler.

The company are a leading manufacturer of electronics and distribute their products across the world for the electronics industry.

This role is a full time position, working Monday to Friday.

As a Cable Assembler, you will be:

• Following technical drawings
• Soldering to IPC 620 standards
• Cutting, crimping, and striping cables
• Cable looming and wiring
• Soldering connectors to Coaxial cables

To be a successful Cable Assembler:

• Have Cable assembly experience
• Previous experience within Looming and Wiring
• Have cable soldering experience (Preferably IPC 620 standard)
• Good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
• Previous experience within electronics manufacturing industry

This role is paying between £12.71-£14ph
