Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Merchandiser for the North Walsham area. This part-time role covers roughly 4–6 hours per week with a £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay, starting within two weeks after onboarding and training.

The position supports new launches, refreshes and promotional activity across local retailers. You will visit stores within 10 miles, set up POS materials, maintain attractive displays, and report findings via our app.

Qualifications

• Ideal experience in retail or merchandising
• Experience with health & beauty retailers is desirable
• Must be available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits Tue Thu Sat
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently
• Willing to use own car to carry promotional materials

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and POS setup
• Navigate fixtures and shelves to ensure planograms are followed
• Merchandise products to align with planograms and keep displays looking great
• Top up stock on shelves and displays, making them eye-catching for customers
• Negotiate extra display space to boost sales where possible
• Some stock moving and lifting may be required

Job description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the North Walsham area. Approx 4 - 6 hours per week* (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial -

supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.

Use of a car is essential.

Ideal location: North Walsham, United Kingdom, NR28

Territory covering: North Walsham (you will be required to cover stores within 10 miles of here) and surrounding

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.

What we're looking for:

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
