Job summary

The Inn Collection Group in Tynemouth is seeking an enthusiastic Front of House team member to welcome guests and ensure a memorable visit. You will greet guests, take orders, serve dishes, and share recommendations from our menu in a fast-paced coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality settings is preferred.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to work as part of a friendly team in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating with a warm, professional manner.
• Take orders, serve dishes, and upsell drinks and specials.
• Provide recommendations from menus and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless experience.
