Mencap in Thorne is looking for caring Support Workers to help people with learning disabilities live independently in our supported living service.

You will assist with daily tasks, provide personal care with dignity, and encourage involvement in hobbies and community activities. Full training is provided for medication administration and you’ll join a team that values compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Your Shift Pattern

Days

Various shifts between 07:00–22:00 (rota basis)

Waking Nights

22:00–07:00

Weekend working is required on a fair rota basis.

Contract Options

We have a range of contracts available for both Day Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers.
