Job summary

TrustFord is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our busy Mobile Service Team. This field-based role requires driving to multiple locations daily and performing repairs, servicing and diagnostics to Ford vehicles.

You will start with training, including IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance within the first year, and enjoy a benefits package and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

  • Own a full valid driving license and an NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds or equivalent.
  • Ability to carry out a full range of repairs, mechanical diagnostics and servicing.
  • Deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to customers.
  • Experience with Ford vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out a full range of repairs, diagnostics and servicing.
  • Provide technical advice and maintain high service standards for TrustFord customers.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
  • Keep knowledge up to date with IMI Level 3 EV maintenance training during the first year.
