wagamama in Stevenage is hiring a front of house team member to welcome guests, present the menu and keep service flowing from start to finish.

You’ll thrive in a lively, fast-paced setting, enjoy talking about food with guests, and work closely with a friendly team to deliver brilliant experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience in a busy hospitality setting.
• Comfortable recommending dishes and upselling politely.
• Able to stay calm and focused in fast-paced service.
• Friendly, proactive and reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Support smooth service flow from start to finish.
• Assist in keeping the dining area clean and well presented.
