Job summary

St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting a trainee dental nurse for a busy NHS dental practice in Parr, St Helens. Training will cover chairside activities, health and safety, infection control, basic first aid, GDPR18 procedures and patient confidentiality.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with training paid at minimum wage during the training period; salary range £113,565–£150,569 per annum and an additional PA for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Training while in the role includes chairside activities, health and safety, infection control, basic first aid, GDPR18 procedures, patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• All chairside activities performed during training.
• Adherence to Health and Safety and infection control protocols.

Job description

We are advertising for a client who requires a trainee dental nurse for their busy and well established NHS 2 surgery dental practice in Parr, St Helens.

The position is full time between Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm .

Training within the practice will include:

• Patient Confidentiality and GDPR18 procedures
• Minimum wage will be paid whilst in training
