Step Teachers is seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team in Soham on a full-time, ongoing basis. You will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, working 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence and well-being, under the guidance of teachers and SENCOs.
