Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Ltd is seeking a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our compassionate team. You will provide personal care, support residents with daily activities, help with meals and hydration, and promote dignity and wellbeing in a friendly, resident-centered environment.

• Using moving and handling equipment safely
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Supporting residents to feel safe, comfortable and at home
• Carrying out light housekeeping duties where required
• Working as part of a dedicated care team
