Job summary

Kids Planet Prestwich is seeking a Room Leader to lead a dedicated room and drive high-quality care in line with the EYFS. You will guide and support the team, promoting professional development and strong teamwork.

As a Room Leader you will build trusted relationships with children and families, ensuring personalised learning and safeguarding are at the heart of daily practice.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and professional development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s needs are met and learning is supported.

How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:
