HETHERINGTON GROUP HEALTHCARE LIMITED is seeking a reliable courier to join our team in the UK. The role focuses on timely delivery of packages within the M25 and across Dorset, Kent, and Cambridge areas, with customers and routes managed professionally to ensure service continuity.

Owners of their own vehicle (large capacity moped or estate car) are welcome to apply. You will be responsible for accurate delivery records, safety compliance, and top‑notch customer communication at all times.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver packages, other items in a timely manner.
• Ensure all deliveries are made according to specified routes and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and receipts.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to management immediately.
