LGH Hotels Management Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to work with the General Manager and the commercial team to achieve the hotel sales budget and lead activity across the hotel, creating a sales culture in all departments.

You will build partnerships in the local market, proactively drive new business leads, ensure conversion targets across channels, and collaborate with brand marketing to develop social media strategies and local campaigns to raise the hotel's profile.

You will also ensure conversion targets are achieved across all channels and sources.

Ideal Candidate

• Track record within the hotel industry working in a proactive sales management role
• Local relevant market experience within the hotel locations
• Evidenced new business sales success
• Proactive account sales production analysis and review
