Alternative Futures Group is seeking a Support Worker in Ormskirk to provide 39 hours per week of on-site support. The role involves assisting individuals with daily living, working within a values-based framework, and committing to a flexible shift pattern including days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends.
No prior care experience is required as full training is provided; you will be joining a value-driven team that supports people to live independently.

Your pay – our Support Workers receive a rate of £13.45 per hour for all worked hours. Once you are successful for a role with us, full details of your pay will be included in your written offer.
