Job summary

Absolute Interpreting and Translations Ltd seeks fluent Arabic interpreters to join a growing network across Northumberland and surrounding areas. Whether you are an experienced interpreter or starting your freelance career, this opportunity offers flexibility with assignments in person or remotely.

We serve NHS Trusts, local councils, law firms, insurers, and private clients across the UK, providing face-to-face, telephone, and video interpreting services with a supportive team and community

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic or another language is required.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply) is preferred.
• Proof of ID and address.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpreting services for NHS hospitals, GP practices, social services, schools and legal settings.
• Offer both remote and in-person interpreting assignments as needed.
• Support clients with confidential and accurate language access.
• Work within a freelance network to cover local communities in Northumberland and surrounding areas.
