Job summary

Rapier Employment Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operative & Admin to join a busy depot in Milton Keynes. You will split your time between hands-on warehouse tasks and office/admin duties, with opportunities to increase hours through overtime and an immediate start.

Typical shifts run Mon–Fri (days or nights); the role includes briefing drivers, scanning freight, updating Salesforce, handling PODs, and assisting customers with collections and deliveries, all while keeping the warehouse organized.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and/or admin experience.
• Confident using computers and data systems.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to multitask.
• Comfortable with some manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Brief drivers and prepare dispatch bays.
• Scan, move and locate freight.
• Assist customers with collections and drop-offs.
• Deal with delivery and collection queries.
• Update systems including Salesforce.
• Complete POD entries and end‑of‑shift reports.
• Keep the warehouse organised and ready for dispatch.

• 08:00–14:00
• 15:30–21:30
• 23:00-08:00
