Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking a confident TVAV Promoter to represent Samsung in Currys PC World, Mansfield NG18. This temporary in-store role runs from 26/10/2026 to 06/12/2026, working Friday to Sunday, with a competitive day rate and uncapped commission.

You will engage customers, demonstrate Samsung TVs, upsell soundbars and accessories, and collaborate with store colleagues to maximise Samsung sales and advocacy. Full training is provided by CPM and Samsung.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers and convert enquiries and demonstrations into Samsung sales
• Deliver sales against agreed targets and KPIs
• Use questioning and listening skills to understand customer needs and recommend the right products
• Demonstrate Samsung TVs and explain premium features and technologies
• Drive premium TV sales, larger screen sizes and relevant product upgrades
• Maximise attachment opportunities across soundbars, wall mounts and accessories
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers to increase Samsung recommendation
• Support colleagues with product knowledge, demonstrations and sales coaching
• Take ownership of Samsung's in-store presentation, ensuring displays, demonstrations, pricing and promotional materials are maintained to a high standard
• Ensure demo equipment, content and connectivity are working correctly and escalated any issues
• Represent Samsung and CPM professionally at all times

Samsung in-store as a TVAV Promoter.

You'll be responsible for driving Samsung sales, engaging customers, delivering product demonstrations and helping shoppers find the right TV and home entertainment solution for their needs.

Ideal Location: Mansfield, United Kingdom, NG18

Location: Currys PC World, Road Retail Park, Unit B/C, Nottingham, Mansfield NG18 1BW

Duration and days: Fixed term between 26/10/2026 - 06/12/2026, working Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The Role:

As a

Samsung TVAV Promoter, you'll be the Samsung sales expert in-store, taking ownership of the Samsung TVAV area and maximising every opportunity to grow sales and Samsung's Share of Business.

You'll engage customers on the shop floor, understand their needs and confidently recommend the right Samsung solution. You'll also focus on premium products, larger screen sizes and relevant accessories such as soundbars and wall mounts to create the complete customer solution.

You'll build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers, helping to increase Samsung advocacy and recommendation even when you're not directly involved in the customer conversation.
