Job description

The Edinburgh Woollen Mill is focused on delivering quality products, great value and excellent service levels. We are a major national retailer with over 200 retail stores ranging from High Street stores, Garden Centre concessions, Tourist stores and larger format Destination Stores. Having control of the product development and supply chain ensures we can deliver the best yarns and fabrics which not only fit perfectly but will stand the test of time. Our store staff are knowledgeable and provide a helpful personal service.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Maidstone. Our store is located in the heart of this historic county town in Kent, known for its rich history, attractive town centre, and excellent shopping scene. Maidstone offers a vibrant mix of independent shops, well-known retailers, cafés and restaurants, while its location in the heart of Kent makes it an attractive destination for both local residents and visitors. The town is also surrounded by beautiful countryside and is close to the River Medway, providing a strong sense of community and a welcoming atmosphere.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
