Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Lancing is recruiting a Part-time Bar Staff member to join our Harvester team. You’ll bring enthusiasm, a friendly manner and a can-do attitude to ensure guests have a great experience.

No prior experience is required as we provide full training. You’ll learn to greet guests, take orders, mix drinks, and serve with a smile in a lively pub environment.
