You’ll lead the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions, validating picker and driver resources through effective rota planning to maintain accuracy.

You will be responsible of the online shrink agenda with structured process and data lead decisions and validating picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning making sure the team is driving picking accuracy to guarantee consistency on the online operation.
