Job summary

Aria Care in Scotland is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead a team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and infection prevention across the home. The role is full-time (32.5 hours per week) working Monday to Friday with occasional weekends, and requires previous Head Housekeeper or Supervisor experience in a care setting.

The position offers a supportive work environment within a 53-bed nursing and residential home.

Qualifications

• Head Housekeeper or Supervisor experience in a care setting preferred.
• May consider related experience outside care sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead a housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness and IPC standards.
• Ensure residents live in a hygienic and welcoming environment.
• Maintain infection prevention and control throughout the home.
