Job summary

All Bar One Edinburgh Airport, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is a fast‑paced, 250‑seat bar & restaurant recruiting breakfast bar staff. Based in Ingliston, you’ll serve cocktails, beers and coffees, delivering high standards of service in a busy airport environment.

Shifts run from 3:30am to 12pm with airport security checks in place; a full 5 year background check is required and a clean criminal record is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Bar experience is preferred but not essential.
• A strong understanding of the English Language is required.
• In house training will be given on our Service, Wine and Cocktails and a wide range of progression can be offered.

Responsibilities

• Serving, dispensing drinks for the restaurant, making Coffee's & Cocktails, general cleaning, deliveries, stock rotation etc.
• Delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced airport bar environment.
