The Chiltern School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEN and help deliver engaging, creative learning experiences within a supportive classroom environment.
The role is based on 32.5 hours per week during term time plus 5 inset days, with flexible working hours and potential progression to Level 2 for eligible candidates.
Salary: NJC Level 1D SEN Point 3-4 / £18,963.77 -£19,261.28 per annum (based on 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 inset days)
