Job summary

Search Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of clients across the Stoke-on-Trent area for experienced HGV drivers.

Duties include palletised deliveries, local and regional distribution, vehicle checks, and accurate paperwork. Valid HGV licence, CPC, Tachograph, and hours regulations knowledge are required.

We offer ongoing work with day shifts, full-time and part-time options across a range of transport operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' Class 1 or Class 2 driving experience.
• Valid HGV licence.
• CPC Qualification Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good understanding of drivers' hours regulations.
• Professional and reliable approach.

Stoke-on-Trent area for experienced

Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (Category C) Drivers.

We are working with a number of established transport and logistics businesses offering ongoing opportunities across general haulage, pallet networks and distribution. Current vacancies include curtainsider work with forklift offload at delivery points, keeping manual handling to a minimum, alongside a variety of other driving roles throughout the region.

Duties Include

• Palletised deliveries and collections
• Local and regional distribution
• Vehicle checks and completion of relevant paperwork
• Safe and efficient delivery of goods
• Other general driving duties as required

Requirements
