Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading retail distribution centre in Hemel Hempstead. Immediate starts available on PM and Day shifts, with full induction and training provided.

Your responsibilities include picking graphics materials and store consumables, sorting returns, moving clothing and household stock, and assisting with loading and unloading. The role offers weekly pay, overtime rates, free onsite parking, and long‑term opportunities with a dedicated

• Previous warehouse, picker/packer or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying out manual handling duties.

Meridian Business Support is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading retail distribution centre in Hemel Hempstead.

We have immediate starts available on the following shifts:

PM Shift

• 1pm to 8pm (1300-2000)
• 5 days out of 7 including weekends

Day Shift

• 8am to 4pm (0800-1600)
• Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking graphics materials and store consumables using handheld scanners
• Sorting returned products by identification codes
• Moving clothing and household stock around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading vans (PM shift only)
• Working to productivity targets
• Manual handling and heavy lifting duties where required

What We're Looking For
