• Develop accurate 2D/3D models and drawings of process plant layouts, steelwork structures, and pipework systems.
• Produce detailed fabrication and installation drawings.
• Work closely with project engineers, mechanical engineers, and site teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective.
• Conduct design reviews and clash detection exercises.
• Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, industry standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Support project delivery from concept through to commissioning.
• Assist with material take-offs and procurement information.

Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated designer with a strong background in steelwork and pipework design, ideally gained within the clean water and wastewater (sewage) treatment industry.
