Job summary

Trinity Homecare is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and help maintain independence and dignity for clients in a community setting.

The role offers flexible hours (full-time/part-time, mornings/evenings/weekends) and funded training with progression opportunities, plus a supportive team culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide companionship and essential care to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
• Help clients maintain their independence and dignity, making every day brighter for them.

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Availability for morning (7 am - 2 pm), evening (4 pm - 10 pm), and weekend shifts (high demand for evenings and weekends).
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – we’ll train you!
