Job summary

Arc Hospitality Recruitment is seeking experienced chefs to work with a variety of clients in and around London.

You will join a brigade of chefs, working on a section and assisting the lead chef. You should be adaptable to new kitchens and willing to travel to venues across London and surrounding areas. Flexible job types and shifts are available to suit your schedule and career goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in large scale banqueting is preferable.
• Minimum of 4 years chef experience in fast paced environments.
• Ability to walk into new kitchens and adapt quickly.
• Hard working, skilled chefs with great attitudes are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a brigade of chefs to support the lead chef.
• Walk into new kitchens and adapt to their systems.
• Liaise with Front of House staff and management.
• Maintain stock control, waste management and financial awareness.
• Follow Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and maintenance standards.

Roles: Experienced Chefs

We are recruiting for experienced chefs to work with us at varying clients in and around London.

You will work as part of a brigade of chefs to achieve a successful service for your lead chef. Working on a section and helping out where needed.

You need to be good enough to walk in to new kitchens & adapt to how they work, without issue or fuss.

We want to work with good, reliable chefs who represent themselves well.

Experience in large scale banqueting is preferable, but if you have a minimum of 4 years chef experience in fast paced environments, feel free to get in touch as hard working, skilled chefs with great attitudes are always welcome.

You also have the choice of working with us at other venues/events and freedom to choose your shifts.
