The ideal candidate will be capable of managing their own caseload with minimal supervision and will have experience in at least three of the following areas: Private Client, Litigation, Immigration, Family Law, and Property Law. The successful applicant will possess strong analytical and communication skills, together with a thorough understanding of current legislation and legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including contracts, wills, agreements, and court documents.
• 2. Provide clear, practical, and accurate legal advice to clients across at least three areas of law.
• 3. Manage an independent caseload with minimal supervision while ensuring high standards of client care.
• 4. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, tribunals, and court proceedings where appropriate.
• 5. Conduct legal research and remain up to date with relevant legislation, case law, and regulatory developments.
• 6. Supervise and support junior caseworkers where required, ensuring files are managed efficiently and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• 7. Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
