Shifting Paradigms Ltd t/a British Nannies is seeking experienced nannies to join our flexible, home-based childcare team as Back-Up Nannies. You will care for children in their own homes when their regular caregiver is unavailable.

We offer flexible hours (20+, 30+, 40+ hours/week or ad-hoc), up to £16.80/hour gross, weekly pay, bonus opportunities, and a range of contracts including permanent, temporary, full-time, part-time or zero-hours.

About the Role

We are currently hiring professional Nannies to join our dynamic and diverse childcare team. As a Back‑Up Nanny, you will work with various families offering in‑home childcare when their regular caregiver is unavailable.

This flexible position is ideal for nannies, childminders, nursery workers, early years practitioners, and childcare assistants looking to build strong relationships with local families without being tied to one employer.
