Job summary

QD Stores Ltd seeks a friendly Christmas Temporary Sales Assistant to join during the busy festive period. You will warmly welcome customers, help them locate products, operate the till, and maintain a tidy shop floor. Training is provided, and previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Christmas Temporary Sales Assistant to join our team during the busy festive season.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and can bring plenty of energy to the Christmas rush!

What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming and assisting customers with a friendly approach

Helping customers find the right products

Operating the till and handling payments

Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy and well stocked

Replenishing stock and supporting the wider team

Helping to create a welcoming and festive shopping experience

What we’re looking for:

A positive, friendly and approachable personality

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided
