Job summary

Akari Care Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant to join our supportive team in our homes. You will deliver high-quality care, assist with care plans and help supervise junior colleagues in a value-driven way.

You will help create a home-like atmosphere, support social activities, and contribute to ongoing training and personal development plans for staff.

Working alongside the care assistants, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents.
