Job summary

Kids Planet Fleckney is seeking a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator to join our warm, developing nursery team. You’ll provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children, supporting their development in line with the EYFS, on a flexible shift pattern.

Desirable but not essential: Level 2 qualification or higher in UK early years, safeguarding knowledge, and a friendly, proactive approach. We offer training through KP Academy, wellbeing rewards, and discounted childcare for staff.

What a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator needs:

Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.

An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, or an enthusiasm to learn more.

Knowledge of safeguarding children.
