Job summary

Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Production Team Leader to supervise a food production team within a fast-paced operation in Hampshire. You will drive safe working practices and oversee plans to meet KPIs while ensuring compliance with HACCP, SOPs and BRC standards.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:30pm–10:00pm, with a salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.

The Production Team Leader (ref:9092) job is paying up to £32,000 according to your experience.

The site is in Hampshire and is commutable from The New Forest, Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton and Salisbury and surrounding towns.

The package includes 28 days including bank holidays (increased by 1 day for each year of service), and a pension with 5% employer contributions. Increase in salary is possible post probation period dependant on overall performance.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 12:30pm to 10:00pm.
