• Install, repair, adjust and maintain uPVC and aluminium glazing components.
• Work independently or with fellow fitters; coordinate with other trades to complete installations to a high standard.
• Travel to East Midlands jobs; maintain clear, professional communication with customers.

Innova Trade Frames is a growing, ambitious business based in Cossington, Leicestershire. We supply and install high-quality uPVC and aluminium glazing products, manufactured right here in the UK.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent workmanship, clear and transparent communication, and outstanding customer service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our team.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

You’ll need to be confident working across all aspects of uPVC and aluminium glazing, including new installations, repairs, adjustments and maintenance. The role will involve working independently, alongside other fitters, and occasionally coordinating with other trades to ensure each installation is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced installer who wants to become part of a growing, professional team with a strong focus on quality.

About the Position:

• Typical working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Work primarily across the East Midlands
