Hours: Full Time (30 hours)
Our client is looking for a proactive and confident Employer Engagement and Training Officer to develop relationships with employers across Gwent and create inclusive employment opportunities for programme participants.
You will engage employers, develop work placements and trials, and deliver disability awareness training to support inclusive workplace practices. You will also contribute to group wellbeing workshops for participants and work closely with colleagues to support successful transitions into employment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and promoting inclusive employment.
This role is supported by the National Lottery Fund on a fixed term basis until March 2029.
