Job summary

ADR Network is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers to work from Morrisons’ Burton Latimer depot, delivering fresh and ambient produce to Morrisons stores across the area.

Earn up to £25.18 per hour with a basic rate of £18.49 and additional premiums. There is no handball or unloading required; you will focus on driving with overtime after 45 hours and regular shift opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Experience delivering to supermarkets or retailers.
• Willing to work day and night shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh and ambient produce to Morrisons stores.
• Complete store deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Work day or night shifts with varying start times.
• Assist in achieving regular shifts with higher premiums, especially Fri-Mon.

Excellent Pay Rates and Earning Potential

• Basic rate: £18.49 per hour
• Night shift premium: £20.28 per shift
• Saturday premium: £16.25 per shift
• Sunday premium: £33.26 per shift
• Overtime: £27.75 per hour after 45 hours
• Earning potential: Up to £25.18 per hour including shift premiums based on an 8-hour shift.

The Role – Straightforward Store Deliveries

One of the biggest benefits of this role is that there is no handball or unloading required. You concentrate on driving, while the Morrisons store team takes care of unloading the delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering fresh and ambient produce to Morrisons stores.
• Completing store deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Working a variety of day or night shifts, with different start times available.
• Supporting busy operational periods, particularly from Friday to Monday, when there are more opportunities to secure regular shifts with higher shift premiums.
