Job summary

Agincare Group is hiring a Home Care Assistant to support independent living at clients' homes. You will provide personal care, help with daily tasks, and offer comfort and reassurance, making a meaningful difference in people's daily lives.

All we ask is kindness. We provide full, free training and support your career growth to QCF Level 5. We offer fully funded training, flexible contracts, £12.75 per hour and mileage at 32p per mile, plus refer-a-friend bonuses.

Qualifications

• Non-UK nationals must have the right to work in the UK with at least 12 months left on their visa; sponsorship is not available.
• Kindness and patience to support daily living tasks.
• Willingness to complete fully funded training and pursue career development.
