Job summary

Smart Kids Nursery in Aston and Digbeth is recruiting apprenticeship candidates for a fully funded Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship Programme. The role offers structured training alongside practical, hands-on experience, with mentoring from experienced early years practitioners and a nurturing environment.

You will support children's routines, plan and deliver activities, maintain a safe space, and develop strong communication and teamwork while gaining essential hands-on experience and working
