Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You’ll motivate the team and ensure customers have a brilliant experience, whether in-store or online.

About the role

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You’lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop

£14.50 per hour which includes a 70p per hour band increment.

£12.91 per hour plus various premium payments (at age 18). Typical annual earnings for a shift pattern that includes 40 day shift hours per week and weekend working would be in the region of £31,000. Actual earnings will depend exact shift pattern.

£16.212 annual salary (inclusive of all premiums). You will be on an annualised hours contract based on an average of 11.5 hours per week.
