Job summary

Parcelink Ltd in Basildon is seeking a self-employed delivery and installation driver to join our contractor's Basildon outbase. Working from a two-person crew, you will deliver and install furniture and large electrical appliances into customers' homes across Essex and East London.

Routes cover Brentwood, Chelmsford, Wickford, Grays, Thurrock, Southend-on-Sea and surrounding areas. Weekly pay, full training, and the option for an owner van or a van provided by the local contractor.

Qualifications

• Self-employed status and valid UK driving licence
• Comfort delivering and installing furniture and appliances
• Experience helping customers in-home is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install furniture and large electrical appliances into customers' homes across Essex & East London
• Work as part of a two-person crew from the Basildon outbase
• Follow defined routes across Brentwood, Chelmsford, Wickford, Grays, Thurrock and Southend-on-Sea

Join Parcelink as a self-employed delivery and installation driver working from our contractor's Basildon outbase (Essex). As part of a two-person crew you deliver and install furniture and large electrical appliances into customers' homes across Essex & East London. Routes cover Brentwood, Chelmsford, Wickford, Grays, Thurrock, Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding area. Weekly pay, local routes and full paid training. Owner van drivers welcome, or drive a van provided by the local contractor. Full UK manual licence required (3+ years, maximum 6 points). No HGV needed. £12.50 - £16.50 per hour (starting rate rises £1/hr at each 100 completed routes). Mates and ready-made crews welcome.
